Avid Group Publishing secured sync licensing for three Country Johnny Mathis songs used in the French Canadian Indie Feature Film, “LA SWITCH”. “It Is Love, “Hello Kiss” and “My Heart Is On The Paper” are vintage recordings from the late 60’s and were performed and written by Country Johnny Mathis.
LA SWITCH is a film about intergenerational trauma and the psychological struggle veterans face within themselves due to the atrocities they experience during combat that are too horrible to share with ordinary people.
The film was written and directed by Michel Kandinsky and has already been released in Canada.
